Our Design Process
The key stages include:
Clients provide architectural and structural drawings. If unavailable, we can arrange them through an associated civil engineer at an additional cost.
Multiple layout options are presented and the final approved plan is used for 3D sketches. Revisions are made as needed before final approval.
Site marking is carried out by the contractor for review and confirmation before the final sign-off.
Detailed working drawings, including electrical and false ceiling plans, are prepared and shared with vendors, supervisors or the project management team.
A budgetary estimate is prepared, listing all work and materials for the project cost.
Mood boards with colour choices are presented, followed by 3D renders upon approval of the colour scheme.
Technical drawings are shared with vendors to guide precise site execution.
Site visits are conducted to review progress and suggest any necessary changes.
If required, we assist in material selection through store visits.
