To explore, create, recreate and find beauty in everything defines me the best. Starting 25 years ago in a totally alien city, unfamiliar culture and work style for a qualified professional and experienced designer wasn't easy. However XCEPTION was born, it survived and grew.

Listening patiently to people, their requirements and understanding their way of life were always easy for me. Creation of personalised spaces, transforming dreams into reality, though a challenging  task, is a reward for all my labor for all the years at work.

In years to come I would love to grow, rejoice, cherish and celebrate Indian sensibilities, balancing with west but not aping them.
Growing the confidence in localized design options &vernacular design solutions.The  use of this is lacking and persuading clients to adapt it has been challenging.

The journey ahead is going to en wrap educating and convincing clients on design sustainability through localisation. It may be tough to achieve with present day values.... but change happens.
I am looking forward to achieving this balance in old & new, useful and useless, consumerism & sustainability in design solutions in the years to come.
